We deliver within the United Kingdom and to Continental Europe.

Please note that following Brexit, customers outside the UK may now be required

to pay local customs or duty charges: these are not included in your payment to us. 

If you wish to buy from outside Europe, contact us in advance 

for a quote on postal charges.

Our online pieces are normally dispatched within 3 working days

and sent by courier fully tracked.

If you are buying a lamp base, your order could take an extra day or so to be dispatched,

as bases are painted and finished by hand after each order is placed.

Made-to-order items can take a minimum of 10 days to be created,

depending on order size and design preferences.

RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you will love your purchase.

However, as customer satisfaction is our priority,

we accept returns within 14 days from the date an item is delivered.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we can only process a refund if these are returned to us unused, well-packed and undamaged. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
