If you are purchasing a lamp shade without a base, please check each product specification

to ensure you choose a shade that will fit the right type of lamp holder.

Many of our shades fit both UK B22 (28mm hole) and EU E27 (40mm hole) lamp holders, 

while some vintage pieces will only be suitable for UK (B22) lamps.

Alternatively, we sell lamp bases to fit all our shades.

As we pride ourselves on our upcycling and its wonderful way to help the environment,

our vintage and upcycled pieces are pre-loved items which might exhibit occasional and minor imperfections. These add character to the natural charm of our products. 

Our customers often appreciate these characteristics as added quirkiness.

Most of our shades are hand-dyed*

and you might sometimes notice variations in the materials and in the fabric staining.

Please note, sometimes colours can vary slightly from the photos, depending on the screen.
